Times Academy has successfully customized an automotive training programme based on 3S concept, where trainings are focused on these 3 categories which are SALES, SERVICE & SPARE-PARTS. The 3S training programme trains students to manage and provide top notch services to customers, both new and old. It also ensures that after sales and services are provided it leads to customers’ satisfaction.
Recognizing that the demand and market expectations are high, Times Academy has developed a 5S Diploma programme by adding on 2S which is categorized under STANDARD MODIFICATION and SECURITY SYSTEM. This 5S Diploma programme enables students to develop the skills of multi-tasking by specializing in these 5 categories.
Ultimately, this course will train the students to handle sales, customer service, customer support, after sales services and provisions of services on preventive car maintenance works. Training in the management of workshop operations as well as managing the workshop inventories will be given to the students who enrolled in this programme. This is to ensure that our students excel in the 5S programme.
Entry Requirement : 16 years old and above
Course Duration : 18 months study in campus, 6 months on job training
Certificates awarded upon course completion :
1. SKM L1-L3, (JPK, Malaysia). National Skill Certificate Level 1 to Level 3
2. City and Guilds International. Diploma in Automotive Sales, Service and Spare Parts
3. Sunderland College. Diploma in Automotive Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Security System and Standard Modification.
