Established in 1998, Times Academy was officially opened by the Minister of Human Resource,
Y.B. Datuk Dr. Fong Chan Onn on April 14, 2002.

Started with only a class of about 20 students in Kuala Selangor, we moved to Kwang Hwa High School in Klang and later to Kajang in 1999 upon approval as an accredited center of Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (National Vocational Training Council) in the field of Automotive (P-115) for Level 1 to 5.

Today, we have trained and retrained more than 5,000 mechanics from various states in Peninsular Malaysia.
